Agent 23 is the central antagonist of Get Smart. He was a CONTROL agent that turned traitor and went to work for KAOS. 23 was an elite spy that became one of CONTROL's top agent. At one point 23 was in a relationship up with Agent 99 but she broke up with him when her identity was comprised. After the KAOS attack, on Control Headquarters he was reassigned to a desk job and had issues adjusting to a more mundane workplace. 23 was assigned to clean up the Iljubjashhijjon Bakery nuclear factory where he lied and claimed that there no trace of Yellowcake uranium. After Maxwell Smart discovered that he was a KAOS agent, 23 attempted to set off a nuclear weapon that would destroy Los Angeles and kill the President of the United States. 23 was played by Dwayne Johnson.
