Borgia started to work for KAOS at the same time that Maxwell Smart started to work for CONTROL, prompting Max, when he learns of this, to complain that "they sure get promoted faster over there."
Borgia's assigns his sister, Naomi Farkas, and her husband Emil, the job of listening in on Max and 99 from an apartment down the hall from theirs.
