Auerbach.
KAOS agent working with Raoul Duval, a scientific genius who has developed a serum to bring wax figures to life, to bring terror to the streets of London with a series of murders which appear the be the work of Jack the Ripper.
Both Auerbach and Duval are eventually arrested by Inspector Sparrow of Scotland Yard with the assistance of Maxwell Smart and Agent 99 of CONTROL.
