Captain of a submarine where KAOS agent Gwendolyn holds CONTROL agent Hack Dunbar prisoner.
After the operation is foiled, it is ironically Captain Kydd himself who accidently destroys the sub when he falls on a plunger that sets off an explosion of TNT. The two KAOS agents are last seen submerged in the ocean. Their ultimate fate is unknown but their survival seems unlikely.
