Dalip is an assassin who works for KAOS. He is an imposing figure who is able to use brute strength to subdue any opponent. Dalip is forced to work for KAOS because Siegfried has threatened to eliminate his wife Zeenat. if he does not comply. Maxwell Smart recognizes Dalip from chatter that he has monitored and is able to befriend him. Dalip secretly passes information about KOAS’ to Smart over the radio. Dalip eventually throws Siegfried out of the car window when he insulted his wife.
