CONTROL doctor assigned to examine entertainer Ozark Annie after she inadvertently swallows an olive containing a new KAOS communications device.

However, the real Dr. McTavish never shows up. He is instead impersonated by Siegfried who explains his strange German-Scottish accent by claiming that he was born in Edinburgh but studied in Heidelberg.
