Substance invented by KAOS chemist and art gallery owner Rex Savage.
Savage's colleague, the artist Mondo, uses it in paintings which they plant as bombs in government buildings where information on KAOS is being held.
Explosive Paint is available with a timing device mixed in, and in a number of varieties, including one containing a vibration explosive which detonates the moment a window or door is slammed, and Nitro Floor Paint that explodes the instant anyone steps on it.
