Algernon De Grasse

KAOS agent, proprietor of Algie's Nursery from where he places plants with hidden listening devices into the offices of top government officials. Trys to kill Maxwell Smart with a Brazilian Maricoba carnivorae but ends up plant food himself!

Note that although the name is given as "DeGrasse" in the closing credits, it is clearly shown as two separate words on the sign seen at the beginning of the episode.
