Prospector who, with his partner C. Errol Madre, discovered a gold mine near the town of Mira Lodo, Mexico. Being too sick and weak to carry the gold out, they drew a map and tore it in half so that neither could get the gold without the other.
Fifteen years later, Maxwell Smart, impersonating the now deceased Frogsie Debs and in possession of his half of the map, arrives in Mira Lodo to meet Madre and recover the gold - not realizing that Madre is being impersonated by KAOS Agent 2150.
