Ice-Cube Transmitter

Imitation ice-cube with a germanium crystal and transmitting device inside.

The ice-cube transmitter was developed by Professor Parker who spent six months testing it in every known fluid, gaining a reputation as a perfectionist - and as a drunk.

Unfortunately it is discovered and destroyed by the leader of a group of conspiring KAOS agent who Max and 99 are surveilling when he notices that it has not melted like those in the other glasses.
