KAOS has been taken over by industrialist "Ironhand" - who literally has a huge iron hand! Will KAOS crush CONTROL with an iron fist?

Bunny Beebe's Bye-Bye Baby Buggy Bargain Bazaar on Barnaby Boulevard (not to be confused with Barbie's Bye-Bye Baby Buggy Bargain Bazaar on Balboa Boulevard).

The confusing Operation Baby Buggy Switch sequence was choreographed by Don Adams's wife Dorothy Bracken, a former June Taylor dancer.

The title may be a second, more obtuse, reference to Ironside, previously parodied in Episode #109 as "Leadside". Marvel Comics superhero Iron Man with his alter ego of billionaire industrialist Tony Stark has also been suggested.
