Jack-the-ripper

The living wax figure of Jack the Ripper.

Name given to the perpetrator of a series of murders in London in 1888.

A century later, when 12 people are brutally murdered in London in a similar fashion, it is at first thought that it marks the return of the original Jack the Ripper. However, when the killer is shot during an attempted attack on CONTROL Agent 99 in Hyde Park, it is discovered that this "Jack" is in fact a wax dummy.

Investigations reveal that the dummy was brought to life by brilliant scientist turned wax museum keeper Raoul Duval by means of an injectable serum.

Wax figure of Jack the Ripper portrayed by George Sawaya [Episodes #127: "House of Max" and #128: "House of Max, conclusion"]. For more on the real Jack the Ripper see the Wikipedia article.
