Max opens the entrance to the underground missile base.
Installation located underground in the Sahara Desert from which KAOS plans to methodically destroy targets including New York, London, Paris and Rome, until every nuclear nation in the world disarms, leaving them as the only organization with The Bomb.
The base is operated by Ahmad, posing as "a simple Bedouin trader," and its trap door entrance hidden under the tent of his daughters, which no one may enter. However, prior to the launch of a missile all the tents are moved away.
The precise location of the base is unknown until discovered by CONTROL agents Maxwell Smart and 99. After escaping capture by Ahmad, Smart is able to reprogram the missile to fly straight up and straight down destroying everything including the control room.
