The only instructor seen at the school is none other than the Vice President of Pubic Relations and Terror, Siegfried himself; but it is unclear whether this is a permanent role, or a special assignment to train Maxwell Smart who he believes is defecting.
Agent Hans is seen assisting Siegfried in demonstrating torture methods, specifically as a victim on the rack.
Besides Max, the only named student is Lutz.
