Kopek is presumed to be after "Who's Who at CONTROL", a book compiled by the Chief containing the names and addresses of every CONTROL agent throughout the free world (with the exception of Pittsburgh), but is prevented from gaining possession by Maxwell Smart who knocks him out in a grueling fist fight in the reading room.

Note that although the name Kopek appears in the credits it is not used in the episode itself.

Reality Check: A Kopek is unit of currency equal to 1/100th of a ruble.
