Get Smart Wiki
99-single-back

Back cover of the 1982 rerelease.

Novelty song written by J. Daniels and J. Rose and performed by Barbara Feldon on a 45 rpm single record released by RCA Victor in 1966.

The song appeared as the flipside of a companion song called "99."

The record was rereleased in 1982 by the Australian Au Go Go label and both songs were included as bonus tracks on the CD reissue of the Get Smart record album.

Lyrics[]

You know how much I want you
So why don't you relax
And come a little nearer
Don't be nervous, Max!

I bought this brand new sweater
I wore my favorite slacks
I only want to please you
I won't bite you, Max!

Give a girl a break
I'm doing all I can
How long are ya gonna tease me, Max?
You're such a wicked man

You know whose lips I'd die for
Not Clyde's, or Claude's, or Jack's
Oh you could make me happy
Roar a little, claw a little
You're my tigerrrr, Max!
