Head of the evil organization Crime International Network Ltd. whose name is often abbreviated to C.I.N. (presumably pronounced "sin") and whose members are known as Cinners.

[Comic Strip Story #5 (Unofficial title: "Rocket'n'Roll"). In Comic Strip Story #7 (Unofficial title: "Doctor Egghead") the head of C.I.N. is called only "boss" but appears to be the same character.]
