An international chain of private key clubs where all the waitresses dress like pussycats.
Pussycat Clubs are located in London, Paris and Washington.
The clubs are owned by KAOS agent Frank Valentine who uses them as bases for a kidnapping operation targeted at Free World scientists who are then transported to Peking in the freighter Red Star.
The plot is brought to the attention of Maxwell Smart by Pamela Courtney, an actress who works as a pussycat at the Washington club.

Reality Check: The Pussycat Club is an analog for Hugh Hefner's Playboy Club where the waitresses famously dressed as bunnies.
