Shtarker (2008 film)

Shtarker was a KAOS agent who worked as Siegfried’s number two man. Shtarker assisted Siegfried in acquiring yellowcake uranium and arming dictators. He revealed that he was not a believer in KAOS' mission and the only reason he did not quit was that Siegfried was married to his sister. Shtarker seemed to approve when Dalip threw Siegfried out of their car window.
