"Smithsonian" may refer to:
- Washington museum which houses Charles Lindbergh's historic airplane the Spirit of St. Louis. Maxwell Smart, Agent 99 and Princess Ingrid of Scandinavia visit the exhibit during the latter's tour of the city [Mentioned, Episode #2: "Diplomat's Daughter"]. The Smithsonian's Washington Museum of Natural History is the previous location of the Mummy-case Phone used by Max in Cairo [Episode #126: "Moonlighting Becomes You"].
- "Smithsonian" is also the KAOS code name for the otherwise unnamed park where both KAOS and CONTROL have statues which are their respective secret message drops. Both statues are destroyed by Albert J. Pfister's Nitrowhisperin silent explosive [Episode #82: "Spy, Spy, Birdie"].
