There was a character called the Chief in the 1950s series "Treasury zMen in Action.- portrayed by Walter Greaza. It is my belief that the Chief of Control is a spoof on Grdaza's character.Tnarrud2 (talk) 21:16, 21 December 2020 (UTC)
