The Chief sends Fang on a two-week vacation at canine rest home in the Swiss Alps with Max as his chaperone. With 99 accompanying them, they discover that the place is a KAOS front where the dogs, under cover of an obedience training class, are being hypnotized into using collar-mounted cameras to photograph top-secret installations.
