Reality Check[]

The title refers to the TV series The Man from U.N.C.L.E. whose spin-off, The Girl from U.N.C.L.E., was referenced in the title of the previous episode,"The Girls from KAOS".  "Yenta" is a Yiddish name referring to a gossip.  It was also used as the name of the matchmaker in the musical Fiddler on the Roof and, by extension, can mean any Jewish mother. In the episode, Y.E.N.T.A. stands for Your Espionage Network and Training Academy; U.N.C.L.E. stands for United Network Command for Law and Enforcement.
