Husband-and-wife team of KAOS agents who attempt to kidnap Tisha Heinschmidt, holder of the Miss USA beauty contest title and daughter of famous American scientist Herman Heinschmidt.
When encountered by Maxwell Smart, who is acting as Tisha's bodyguard, Mrs Sokolov is posing as contest entrant Miss Transmania. It is unclear whether she is a genuine contestant or has taken the place of the real entrant like her rival Miss Formosa.
Meanwhile, her husband Dimitri, described by the Chief as a "deadly KAOS agent", dresses as woman to pose as her chaperone.
