The werewolf figure on display in Duval's Cave of Wax.
In general, a human with the ability to transform into a wolf.
When London wax museum operator Raoul Duval fears that Maxwell Smart and 99 have become suspicious of his activities he brings a wax figure of a werewolf to life by injecting it with a serum and sends it to their suite at the Royal Park Hotel.
He instructs the creature to "go and kill - and don't come home late. You know how I worry".
Wax figure of the werewolf portrayed by George Sawaya [Episodes #127: "House of Max" and #128: "House of Max, conclusion"]. An earlier reference in the dialog suggests that the figure is specifically a representation of the "Werewolf of London" from a 1935 horror film of the same name.
